Bugs kept flying into all our food on the patio rendering our meal inedible. Slow service from staff. If you want something you have to get up and ask them or go all the way to the front. Food was okay, nothing mind blowing 7 10

Overlooking view of the city and cool temperatures because of its high elevation

Beautiful views and delicious food. This is such an iconic tourist spot that I recommend getting there earlier or later than the lunch crowd to really enjoy your meal.

Nice dinner spot

Because of its excellent location and most often hyped in the social media. I was expecting a quality food, services and experienced. But the reality was not impressive. The food was just average. Ex. the sinigang lacks sournes and the boko shrimp was not fresh...and salty. I want to dine again soon to prove myself wrong.

It was the perfect place to spend my birthday. The food is 10/10, the service is 10 10, and the ambiance is 10 10. The view from there 10 10. I'm sure I will return.

Service slow but good atmosphere

Hard to get to without a car. The place was nice and clean and the waiters cool. The food was great even though only Philipino food. Would be nice to have some other options for those who do not eat native food. The views are...great for pictures and insta. The price are bit on the steep side but there is wifi.

The food was very good and the place had an awesome view. But the most oustanding aspect of Balay Busay is their staff, special mention to Jean. I left my vanity kit, and she ensured that I will be able to get it back thru...their other resto in the city. Thank u to all the staff for the excellent service!

This recently opened restaurant at Tops, Cebu ... opened just last September 2019 ... is fast making a name for itself, judging from the number of diners there when we tried the place. The view and the climate are very calming. The foods are great too but, the staff is not that accommodating to our request. Nonetheless, I still recommend this restaurant to all family and friends love to dine with the city view.

Everything on the menu is excellent. The serving dishes themselves are so unique and wonderful. The staff did a great job. Rhey really helped us with the transportation assistance. We ordered like half the menu for four. Still stayed under two k. That banana cue...ala mode is worth saving space for. the view by itself is very nice.

What caught our attention first were the two fast cars at their foyer. Lambo. Ferrari. A startling contrast of modern and country vibes. We decided to have our dinner there... Nice place to dine in, good native food and accomodating staff. We had good dinner and enjoy the 1 hour ride sightseeing along the way up and down to the City.

I had a great time here with my family. We came here to have a nice dinner. Made reservation in advance. It was a weeknight so even if we didn t, we probably get a table rightaway. We had a nice table with an unobstructed view...of the city. We really enjoyed the food and the ambiance.
