It is possible that I was not assigned a renovated room, or it could be because the bathroom was very old. The facilities were excellent and the water was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. (

Although I don't know if they didn't post the rules, I was shocked to learn that you couldn t swim in certain areas of the resort. We were not told that our chosen area was outside the resort's boundaries. Staff members saw us go there. All of us were disappointed to learn that cards are not allowed. It's very nice and neat. The beach is right there, as well as a pool. You can find good restaurants in the vicinity, although you will need to go a little further to get to them. Also, breakfast is delicious. (

We stayed in room 242 and it was right next to the pool. Not bad but it was filled with screaming kids from open till close making it hard to relax. The pool is small but it is to the parents advantage because they can see their kids swimming while they eat in the restaurant near the pool.They have a white sand beach which is nice.

A nice hotel with decent to good rooms and very friendly staff. The hotel bars and restaurants are good too. Only the beach was a bit of a disappointment as it s just a shallow hole of water. All ages are welcome to holiday. There is a variety of seafood available. Many local and European tourists are also present. The largest feature of three freshwater pools is its coast. Small islands form an inland beach at the center. This can be used to control the ocean's safety.

This was the first time I visited mactan Island. It was a great experience.

It was our last stop on the way back to Korea. We visited it last September 2022. The food looked a little tired and the buffet was bare.

From 7 to 11 February, I spent 5 days at this resort. The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly. The restaurant also has Jamaica Casinilo which was very accommodating to my requests.

The only reason the hotel got 3 stars was because the staff were very polite and respectful towards our guests.

Daytrip with FamilyPro The staff were very helpful and the facilities adequate for the price. However, the Con Lunch Buffet was too crowded and overstaffed. There was also a beach bar with a small selection and loud customers.

It is a beautiful place. The food is excellent and they are very accommodating.

Good location Pickup is easy. The sending and receiving service are good. The orientation was helpful in checking in. The Christmas dinner party at the hotel was great. The staff is friendly and warm.

This was an excellent accommodation at a great price. The room on the first floor was my favorite. You can also take a ferry ride to the private beach, which will bring you to a beautiful emerald-colored sea.
