Yesterday, I had the privilege to meet this chocolate queen and her family. There are moments in your life that truly change your perspective. I heard her story. I felt like I was being transported into a new world. From the beautiful filippino chocolate paintings on the walls to the delicious aromas of freshly crushed chocolate it was unreal. If you are looking to purchase artisanal chocolate for yourself or for a special occasion, make sure you call them at least a day in advance as it is made fresh in-house.
