The staff aren't good at dealing with customer concerns. 200 entrance fee for day tour Cave is small, but it was beautiful. Access to the calm swallow beach is nice. Ambience is greener than other resorts.

As an outside guest, we visited the cave. The cave can be used for only 5-10 minutes.

Although we were going to see Ogtong Cave and swim in it, unfortunately we did not book a room. The staff were extremely accommodating from the front desk up through the lifeguards.
