Under renovation, but there is one restaurant where you can go and eat while enjoying the view. You don t have to pay for the entrance if you eat at the restaurant and show a receipt when you exit. If you can t show any receipt you have to pay for a parking fee of 50 pesos.

The restaurant is currently closed for renovation. You can still enjoy the view from the restaurant, but you should wait until the renovations are complete.

Amazing and beautiful views

Tops Cebu You will need to pay a parking fee. Before that, everything was free.

Tops Lookout is currently under renovation. Not a great place to go on weekends. People were loud and chirping with their bluetooth speakers blasting party music.

Cebu is a place that you must visit at least once. I doubt I'll ever go back.

This is a shame. I enjoyed coming here while visiting Cebu City. It offers a spectacular view of Cebu City and night lights.
