The experience was 5 stars. I find 2500 scuba diving a bit steep for me. My guide and all the staff at Scuba Divers are to be commended.

It is a wonderful feeling to be in another dimension. It's addictive, and you will get more hooked the more you practice it. My highlight trip to the Philippines was without doubt my time swimming with the whalesharks.

The area is extremely crowded.

(The only thing we can describe as a catastrophe is 'catastrophe! After waiting in line for two hours, we arrived at the tour desk at 7am. The whale sharks were tired and had stopped the tours. We were informed that we would have to wait at least two hours if we wanted to ask how long. We decided to drive to Moalboal, despite our regrets. (

The experience is really great with sharks swimming next to you. The photographer who took gopro of us is awful, he doesn t know how to take pictures at all. I couldn t get single picture from gopro. I went with tour from Cebu city to spot by 6.30am. We had to wait quite a while till 9.30am for our turn to come.

) It took about 3 hours by car from Mactan, but the shark whale and Tubolok waterfall were impressive. (

The fact is that whale sharks are at your fingertips, but this is not their natural habitat, they are attracted to food. The whole activity takes maybe 30 minutes and is heavily geared towards tourists. Certainly an unforgettable experience, but because of how it takes place, I do not recommend it

I m so glad I heeded other reviews saying go between 9 30 10am. We didn t wait for a single second, we paid our 500pesos, got a life jacket and we re on a boat within like 5 mins. Do not go on weekends 5h to secure your tickets. Enjoy the water and avoid land sharks who promise to give you priority tickets for an additional fee

At 5:10 am, I arrived and discovered that there were many others waiting. It took me 1 hour to register and pay 500p. The watermen are very skilled and helped me take photos and videos with Whale Sharks.

An exceptional attraction, but a questionable attraction

This was on my bucket list and it had to be done. Make sure to get there in the early morning.

You can have a surreal experience with a guide who will assist you at 3x the cost but without any hassle

Amazing experience. We have always wanted to visit this area and swim with sharks.

It is best to travel on weekdays. We were there at 8:45 AM and we got to the water by 10 AM. Make sure to wash your hands and apply sunscreen before you get on the boat. Gopro rentals can be found in the vicinity and are about 500 pesos. I think it's well worth the effort.

Although the whale sharks are amazing, it can be hard to appreciate them. The boat takes you to the location and then you wait until a boat is ready to take you. After that you must stay there for 30 minutes.

A life-changing experience that makes you realise you're not as beautiful as you think.

It is important to not support the organization.
